Juli Kelley, Board President
Publisher, Hometown Citrus
Juli Kelley, a graduate of Crystal River High School, saw quite a few coastal communities growing up since her father spent 22 years in the Coast Guard. The natural beauty of the area and the easy access to both fresh and salt water made choosing Crystal River to be her forever home and raise her family here an easy choice. Part of the small business community since 1997, Juli and her husband Lee enjoy what free time they have on the water and spending time with their family. Three daughters, 3 furry grands, and 5 two legged grands keep them busy.
